Technical support is central to Mazzoleni’s services and is a distinct characteristic of its working methods. This is a global approach to client requests which bears in mind the various problems related to farming and industry.
We analyse company processes, identify the weaknesses and areas for improvement, and set out operational protocols to be followed in order to reach the goals set together. We also carry out field trials, monitoring the results via regular visits and, if necessary, training our clients’ staff. An approach of knowledge sharing aimed at mutual growth.
Wide-ranging support which, for the farmer, includes very specific technical aspects regarding the formulation of rations, the performance of the animals, cultivation programmes, and the specific analysis of foodstuffs.
Support also touches on commercial aspects. We invite our clients to sign contracts only when prices are competitive, in line with a philosophy of full transparency and sharing.
